helloHOPE is Turning 2! [Infographic]

Two years ago today, Andrew and I launched helloHOPE with the belief that a diagnosis doesn't have to define you, your family's story matters, and you are not alone in your journey. Statistics tell us that nearly 14 million children in America face special healthcare needs. If you're reading this, you are probably – like us – a member of that community, and we wanted to help connect you to others who have found hope in the midst of their child's medical journey.

What we quickly learned is that those families that we knew were out there – walking through medical adversity with courage, hope, and love – are everywhere. And it has been one of our greatest privileges to share their stories with you. We have heard from families who have lost their children, families who have seen full and complete recoveries, families who are still in the thick of it, and families who are working tirelessly to find answers. Thousands have found hope because of these families' vulnerability and willingness to talk honestly about what hope has looked like for them.

We love that this project has connected us with so many, and it has been equally exciting to have the opportunity to serve in person at children's hospitals in Atlanta. Every volunteer that has served with us has increased our impact and ability to spread hope to families in need.
